Chinese Crispy Rolls with Homemade Wrappers 'Popiah'

Definitely better with homemade wrappers



Ingredients for 12 rolls

  • 200g pork belly or loin
  • 10g dehydrated black fungus
  • 20g glass noodles
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Oil for frying

Wrappers

  • 300g wheat flour
  • 200g boiling water
  • ½ tsp salt
